LOOOL Hugo is Katie's hot water bottle cover. He's shaped like a tiger. If you watch behind the scenes footage from the first series DVDs and from Secrets and Magic in the second series, you can briefly spot her carting him around with her. The first Expo the whole cast went to (May last year) I asked Katie why she could be seen carrying a tiger around with with her in the DVD extras, since there had been some chatter online about what the hell she was doing with a toy tiger between takes, and she told me that he was her hot water bottle, which the costume department had made for her because her gowns tend to be very thin and the sets tend to be very cold, and I've always asked whether she still has him at everything I've seen her at since. Now at signings, she calls ME 'Hugo'. It's kind of awesome. XP
